Frederick Matzow, a Norwegian-born artist, lived in Meriden for many years, where he sketched and painted the region's natural beauty from 1912 until his death on Sept. 11, 1938. In addition to paintings by Matzow from private collection the show includes some hand-painted items that were made at the famous Handel Lamp company where the artist was employed during the 1920's.Daily viewing will be open from 4pm to 7pm and Sunday from 1pm to 4pm. Admission is Free!
